Patients should review their official Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements from their insurance provider for accurate details regarding services rendered and coverage amounts. Any questions relating to EOBs should be directed to their facility’s Office Manager. Lumina Care partners with aligned medical practices, which provide clinical services. As such, patients might see the name of one or more of these practices on their EOB.
